Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

EWS does not participate in any acts of bribery, extortion, fraud, deception, collusion, cartels, abuse of power, embezzlement, trading in influence, money-laundering, or any similar activity in relation to our business. We ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, statues, regulations and codes relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption.


EWS fundamentally considers that any and all confidential and personal information disclosed to us always remains the property of the discloser. We comply with all applicable laws (including GDPR), enactments, regulations, regulatory policies, by laws, ordinances or subordinate legislations relating to the processing, privacy, and use of confidential and personal data, as applicable in the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, and additionally as issued by a relevant government and/or supervisory authority in the countries we operate in. Therefore, except where consented by the disclosing party, we at any time do not disclose to any person or firm or use any confidential information or permit any person or firm to examine and/or make copies of any documents which contain or are derived from confidential information without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.

We are fully committed to ensuring modern slavery plays no part in our business or supply chains and continue to strive to achieve the highest legal, ethical, environmental and employee-related standards within our business and supply chains.

No Publicity 

EWS does not allow any use, for publicity purposes, of any trade name or trademark or logo, of its own company or of clients, customers, partners and any third parties.


EWS treats its employees, clients, partners and all associated parties with dignity and respect and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations around labour rights. Our work environment is flexible, free of coercion, discrimination, and harassment. We also implement disciplinary policies that would prevent any discrimination or harassment against any individual.

Social Media

Social media can be a rewarding way to share business insights, life and opinions with family, friends and co-workers around the world. However, EWS understands that the use of social media also presents certain risks and carries with it certain responsibilities. We therefore continue to remind our employees that offensive posts meant to intentionally harm someone’s reputation or posts that could contribute to a hostile work environment on the basis of race, sex, disability, religion or any other status protected by law or company policy are strictly prohibited.


EWS conducts its business in a fair and fully transparent manner. We do not engage in any actions that could result in conveying false or inaccurate financial information to our clients and partners and ensure that all documentation and invoices are complete and accurate.
